MISION:
Satisfacer las necesaidades y espectativas de la comunidad mediante el desarrollo humano y profesional de sus integrantes, cuyos logros se vean reflejados en una sólida formación deportiva-social. Todos los miembros de la institucion representaran una imagen integra y lo principal y mas importante que se reflejaran como una herramienta util a la sociedad con un gran sentido ciudadano.
 
VISION:
Ser el mejor organismo de la comunidad latina no tan solo a nivel local sino aspirando lograr un reconocimiento globalizado con solidos fundamentos tecnico-pedagogicos y de ser posible llegar a obtener un excelente nivel nacional y estar a la altura de las mejores organizaciones en el mundo.

OBJETIVOS:

Principales objetivos para integrarnos como organismo y afiliarnos a un proyecto de primer nivel y maximo rendimiento:
 
1.  Brindar mejores oportunidades a los integrantes del Grupo Oficial de Arbitros Latinos no tan solo dentro del campo deportivo sino tambien en el campo de la formacion personal y de logros profesionales.
 
2.  Promover la formacion como seres humanos y de participacion deportiva a la comunidad latina desde su inscripcion y registracion como arbitros hasta la formacion total y proyeccion y participacion dentro de competiciones de maximo nivel con un rendimiento maximo incluyendo los niveles juveniles, colegiales y profesionales.
 
3.  Ofrecer a todos los integrantes de este organismo la oportunidad de formarse y participar desde sus inicios como arbitros hasta lograr su maxima proyeccion de primer nivel a nivel nacional.   
 
4.  Recuperar lo valores morales y eticos en la comunidad tanto en jovenes como adultos acerca del desempeño arbitral.

5.  Integrar y desarrollar arbitros jovenes con fundamentos deportivos reglamentarios muy firmes y convencidos de lograr  un crecimiento a mediano y largo plazo para lograr una proyeccion exitosa dentro del arbitraje Latino.

FIFA is a Non-Profit Organization which describes itself as an international governing body of association football, fútsal and beach soccer. It is the highest governing body of football.

The Focus on Soccer is vital to FIFA Refereeing

Match officials must have excellent soccer understanding and need to evolve with the game to stay effective and relevant.

Their two main priorities are:

1.- Protecting the safety of players

2.- Consistent and uniform application of the Laws of the Game

FIFA Refereeing reinforces the protection of these core values and the betterment of the game through the development of match officials and referee coaches.

The United States men’s national soccer team represents the United States in men’s international soccer competitions. The team is controlled by the United States Soccer Federation and is a member of FIFA and CONCACAF.

U.S. Soccer is committed to producing a variety of referee education resources aimed at supporting the approximate 140,000 members across the country that service amateur games at the youth and adult levels.

High quality instruction provided by the 55 State Referee Associations is paramount to the success of the U.S. Soccer Federation Referee Program.

The purpose of the ISSA is to serve its membership in providing for the development, promotion, supervision, and administration of adult amateur soccer in the state of Illinois.Aside from promoting the game the ISSA’s administrative duties include, but are not restricted to, registration, player discipline, insurance administration and record keeping. Other responsibilities include the organization of various cups, the Illinois Select Teams and the promotion of international games.

The National Referee Development Program is to be a service organization of integrity dedicated to all referees, whose purpose is to ensure the development of the United States Soccer Referee in terms of quality and quantity through achieving excellence in governance, education and administration. The program shall work in the interests of all its members to serve the game at every level of competition.

MENTORING PROGRAM.                    The ISRC has established two Mentoring Programs to better meet the needs of our referees and their experience level.

​The ISSA has been in existence since 1916 and is the governing body of adult soccer in Illinois. It is affiliated with the United States Adult Soccer Association (USASA) and the United States Soccer Federation (USSF). The USSF is in turn affiliated continentally with The Football Confederation and the Federation Internationale de Football Associations (FIFA).The ISSA is comprised of over 27 Leagues. Its committees include referee and coaching units which license thousands of people annually. ISSA affiliate members are located throughout Chicago, its suburbs, central and southern Illinois. ISSA members are men and women, young adults through veterans, competitive and recreational, indoor and outdoor.
